Katie Moran

Katie joined Marsh Landing in October 2011. Katie takes great pride in representing Marsh Landing Country Club as the receptionist and member relations coordinator. She is the first face you see when you walk in the main Clubhouse, always ready to help members and guests alike.

Katie was raised in Ponte Vedra Beach and in the Marsh Landing community, having one twin brother and three other older siblings. She has worked in the restaurant industry and managed a tanning/massage salon during high school and college. Majoring in psychology, Katie graduated from St. Johns River State College. Currently, she lives in St. Augustine with her husband of 8 years. Traveling to Europe and the Abaco, Bahamas is Katie’s passion. She also enjoys going to the Florida beaches as much as possible.

Josh Vissman - Director of Tennis

Josh Vissman is a Neptune Beach, Florida native and has been involved in tennis for most of his life, mostly involved in competitive tennis.  He went on to attend the University of North Florida where he achieved two Business Administration degrees; Business Management and a second degree in Marketing. 

After completing his degrees Josh moved right into the Tennis Teaching and Club Management professions.  In the last 14 years, Josh has become a 5.0 NTRP player, achieved an “Elite Professional” rating from the United States Professional Tennis Association (USPTA), and was voted by his colleagues and peers as the “USPTA District Professional of the Year” in 2014.

Josh has contributed to the Jacksonville tennis community through First Coast Tennis by organizing playing opportunities for all ages and abilities.  He has also served as the president for the local pro association.

Jaclyn Seeger - Buyer/Membership Director

Jaclyn Seeger

Jaclyn joined Marsh Landing Country Club in January of 2017 as the Membership Director and Merchandiser. Jaclyn has almost 20 year’s experience in Customer Service, Sales; Inside and Outside. She spends her time focusing on Membership Quality and how to enhance the membership experience.

Jaclyn grew up in New Bern, North Carolina and attended East Carolina University, studying Business Management. She moved to Jacksonville in 2011 with her husband, James. When she isn't working, you can find her spending time with her husband and family, including her 4 nieces and 7 nephews.

Tim Lyons - Golf Course Superintendent

Tim Lyons

Tim Lyons was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. He recieved his Turf degree from Lake City Community College and completed two internships at Jacksonville Golf and Country Club. Tim started working at Marsh Landing Country Club in 1990 and was the Assistant Superintendent from 2005-2009. Tim has worked at Marsh Landing Country Club for a total of fourteen non-consecutive years.

Tim is the youngest of five children. He and his wife Rebecca met at Marsh Landing Country Club while she worked in the Food and Beverage Department. They have two sons, Jack and Kevin.

Tim is also an active member of the North Florida Golf Course Superintendents Association and the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America.

James McClure - Executive Chef

James McClure has been in the Food and Beverage Industry for 20 years with much of his experience acquired here at Marsh Landing.  He has worked in high end restaurants from Ponte Vedra to Upstate New York under accomplished Chefs learning his craft.   Studying Business and Culinary Arts at FSCJ and UNF, James is a local product born and raised in Jacksonville Beach. 
He currently lives in Mandarin with his wife, Amber, and twin daughters, Olivia and Chloe.

Jennifer Angus - Food & Beverage Director/Sales Coordinator

Jennifer Angus joined Marsh Landing Country Club in May of 2018 as Sales and Restaurant Manager. 
Jennifer graduated from a nationally ranked program at the University of Massachusetts with a degree in Hospitality Management. Post graduation, she honed her skills as a Catering Manager at the MIT Faculty Club in Cambridge, MA for four years.  Continuing to expand her experience in fine dining, she accepted the position of General Manager for the Back Bay Restaurant Group of Boston, MA for another four years.
After raising her sons full time for many years, Jennifer welcomes the position as Sales and Restaurant Manager at Marsh Landing Country Club with enthusiasm.  She brings her breadth of experience to enhance the club member’s dining enjoyment whether it is a weekday meal with the family or a celebratory night out.
