Fitness and Aquatics Director, Deanna Zeek Originally from Vernon, New Jersey Deanna moved to Florida in high school, than attended Flagler College and received a bachelors of Arts in Psychology. In college she started working out in local gyms and all her studies where related to health and fitness. After graduating she became a personal trainer because she believes people can be counseled through healing the inside first with a healthy body creating a healthy mind. Her passion grew and she is now a nutrition specialist and a 200 hour Yoga instructor. Motivating others toward a healthier lifestyle has led her in the right direction and a great opportunity as our Fitness and Aquatics Director.
Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, Colleen Clarson
Colleen is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Indoor Cycling Instructor, certified boot camp instructor, and is American Red Cross CPR certified. Colleen’s expertise is in establishing health and fitness programs for any age or fitness level through individually designed workout programs. Massage Therapist, Ginger Frazier
Ginger is a graduate of the Southeastern School of Neuromuscular and Massage Therapy in Jacksonville, Florida. She is nationally certified and a licensed massage and bodywork therapist in the state of Florida. Her ambition to pursue massage therapy was cultivated from years of experience and knowledge in the Healthcare Insurance Industry.
Ginger integrates her own intuitive touch during each session to fit her client’s individual needs with a gentle, but firm approach. She effectively applies a variety of techniques, including Sports Therapy, Neuromuscular, Therapeutic, Swedish massage and Myofascial Release.
Ginger is motivated to interact with her clients and dedicated to assist each person in reaching their optimum physical and mental performance goals. In her personal time, Ginger loves to spend time gardening, raising her grandson, taking walks and enjoying the companionship of her pets.
